For all products purchased in the store, the conditions apply that allow you to make a complaint about the goods due to non-compliance with the contract within 2 years from the date of purchase.

  Step by step – How to make a product complaint?

  1. Complaint form – print and fill it out thoroughly. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a complaint without the attached form or if the document is incorrectly filled out.
  2. If you are unable to print the complaint form, you can write out the form manually following the template.
  3. Send the advertised goods along with the complaint form to the address:

with the note “COMPLAINT”

  1. Submit the packaged goods together with the form at the post office as “Parcel to an address.”
  2. Complaints are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving the advertised product.
  3. In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another (fully functional), and if that is not possible (e.g., missing product in stock) – we will refund you the value of the product’s price.

You are sending the advertised product at your own cost and responsibility. Therefore, choose a secure method of delivery, for example, use courier services or send the parcel with a recommendation. Please do not send packages cash-on-delivery as we do not have the technical capability to accept such parcels.
