For all products purchased in the store, the conditions apply that allow you to make a complaint about the goods due to non-compliance with the contract within 2 years from the date of purchase.
Step by step – How to make a product complaint?
- Complaint form – print and fill it out thoroughly. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a complaint without the attached form or if the document is incorrectly filled out.
- If you are unable to print the complaint form, you can write out the form manually following the template.
- Send the advertised goods along with the complaint form to the address:

- Submit the packaged goods together with the form at the post office as “Parcel to an address.”
- Complaints are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving the advertised product.
- In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another (fully functional), and if that is not possible (e.g., missing product in stock) – we will refund you the value of the product’s price.
You are sending the advertised product at your own cost and responsibility. Therefore, choose a secure method of delivery, for example, use courier services or send the parcel with a recommendation. Please do not send packages cash-on-delivery as we do not have the technical capability to accept such parcels.
